The Undertaker is returning for a match in WrestleMania 28, it’s pretty much a known fact now for those who are wrestling enthusiasts. Most probably, he is going to wrestle against Triple H in his WrestleMania match for a second time on a row, if insider reports are to be believed. Now, whether or not it will be a Career vs. Streak match is still a question, but, there are high chances that Shawn Michaels, the real life best friend of Triple H may be involved in this match.
We are still not sure that what role Heart Break Kid, a WWE Hall of Famer himself will play in this role, but the most convincing one should be that of a Special Guest Referee. Shawn Michaels tried to break the streak twice and he will probably be joining forces with his friend Triple H to finally end it.
Now, the question comes, is this booking something that will interest fans? No matter what, Triple H and The Undertaker put on a hell of a match in WrestleMania 27 (Don’t take my words for granted, see the full match below) and they still have that in them to put up another epic contest at the Grandest stage of them all.
However, the booking seems to be a lazy one for me. The last thing I will like to see is Triple H putting his career on the line against The Undertaker at WrestleMania 28 for a chance to break the streak. Triple H has accomplished a lot of things in his life and frankly speaking, he does not need to go after against The Undertaker all over again. We have seen Career vs. Streak match before (It resulted into departure of one of the finest wrestlers of all time) and we don’t need another with the same stipulation.
Don’t take me wrong. I definitely want to see Shawn Michaels again on television but not this way. He has been a tremendous wrestler throughout his life and I still remember how dignifiedly he has kept his promise of not fighting anymore (Unlike Ric Flair). He will not accomplish anything by teaming up with Triple H in quest of finishing the streak. Also, such a booking would have meant far more logical if it was done last year.
What do you have to say about this possible booking? Do you like it, do you want some alternations or you don’t want this storyline altogether? Make your presence felt and vote below. You are also requested to drop your comment with whatever you have in your mind.

i want 2 c undertaker again in the ring.
Who thinks The Undertaker is gonna return on January 2nd, 2012?
naah its chris jericho in one of the promos it clearly says jericho in it
i think if shawn michaels was the refferee hed screw hhh because he doesnt want trie h to do what he couldnt so i think they should make the undertaker vs shawn michaels for the very last time in an all or nothing match if hbk wins he gets his job back and ends the streak but if undertaker wins hbk isnt allowed to wredtle ever again in wwe because i dont really like hhh the hbk is one of my favourites and hes the man i wood like to see end the streak because it wood have a etter storyline to it and the aftermatch celebration if hbk wn wood be epic
Come on, there is only one logical opponent for undertaker at this time.
I want 3 epic wrestle-manias in a row, and so the Undertaker has to face…… Masked Kane!
We never got a good ending to the Undertaker & Kane 2010 segment, so this would be the most logical thing to do in my opinion.
Also, it would be the best thing, as IF the Undertaker has to lose (which I nope not), the person I would most want to see end it besides HBK, is the old Masked Kane.
Wrestlemania 28 undertaker will wrestle Kane trust me I know
Undertaker vs Batista (NO DQ Match) … i wanna c this match at WM28 …
result- Undertaker End Batista and retire
i think undertaker should face someone else and win to become 20-0. then retire i mean i love the undertaker i grew up watching him and i said to myself onces he’s gone im never watching wrestling again and since wm 27 i have only watched old undertaker matches. the man is in his late 40′s for gods sake i don’t want to see him go but i am more worried about his health. the streak should never die and let them all rest in peace!
